MEET DAVID A CHARLES
FOUNDER OF THE LEADERSHIP REVOLUTION
With over 25 years of experience leading, teaching, and coaching individuals and groups, David has worked across industries including construction, manufacturing, engineering, sales, finance, education, property, and health and wellbeing.
He has coached thousands of individuals and partnered with hundreds of leaders, transforming how leadership is understood, embodied, and executed at every level of business.
David holds multiple global certifications:

What sets David apart is his integration of deep strategic experience with holistic insight.
He has trained extensively in both Eastern and Western modalities, including NLP, Hypnosis, Kinesiology, Meditation, Breathwork, and Somatic Therapies.
His work is also grounded in decades of study in human consciousness, leadership, relational dynamics, and personal transformation.
David doesn’t just develop leaders — he activates them.
